Dr. Sowmya is an alternative therapist, healer, teacher, constant learner, and mother of two. She is based in Bangalore, Karnataka.

She believes in the power of self-healing through natural remedies, which she has proven through her own practice as well as her clients' experiences with her treatments. She believes that all humans can heal themselves if they are willing to give it their all, no matter what the ailment may be.

Dr. Sowmya is a 2015 Ph.D. in Medical Microbiology, and later completely committed herself to be an alternative therapist, and is now successfully established in the same.

 She is a government-certified Dietician and Panchakarma Therapist. She is an S-VYASA (Deemed to be University) certified Yoga Instructor and Music Therapist. She is a certified Acupuncturist and practices Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Sujok, Scalp, Abdomen, and Cosmetic Acupuncture. She is a certified Aromatherapist and practices reflexology and cupping as well. Dr. Sowmya is well-versed in Arhat Yoga and Pranic Healing and is a certified Pranic Healer herself. Additionally, she's a certified marma therapist and uses the authentic, traditional, and highly-reliable method of pulse diagnosis to aptly identify ailments. Furthermore, she is a certified NLP Practitioner, by the International Association of Professional Coaches, Counsellors, and Therapists.

Dr. Sowmya has been providing holistic therapy, by integrating all her qualifications and knowledge, for about 8 years, where she has helped hundreds of people with their problems ranging from stress management and psycho-somatic ailments to physical complaints like migraine, sinusitis, various skin issues (psoriasis, eczema), and certain auto-immune disorders like RA, etc, through specially crafted, personalised treatment and diet plans.
